Our Mission
At Call2Connect, our mission is to increase social opportunity for older adults through regular phone interactions with volunteer phone friends.
Our Goal
Our goal is to end loneliness. Research shows that social connectedness leads to better physical and mental health, and longer lives. The benefit of connecting is realized by both the volunteer phone friend and the call recipient.
Our Impact
Ending loneliness is a tall order, but we believe in the power of human connection. By offering the opportunity to connect without the challenges of leaving home, we are creating a simple opportunity for both the volunteers and the phone call recipients to impact loneliness in their communities.
